Quick End of Year IT Tips |
1. Backup your entire server or primary pc to an external hard drive. Take the drive offsite and do not use it again until next year. At the very least, you should always retain an end of year backup for each financial year.
2. Power down all computers, monitors and non-essential equipment.
3. Archive your 2009 emails. Download our procedure for best practice.
4. Check your Warranty status on critical IT equipment.
5. Renew your Anti-virus software or miscellaneous software licensing. |
